If this is your first appointment and you have not yet visited our office, please call the receptionist at 408-213-9599 to book your Initial Visit.

A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY applies to ALL appointments booked online.

If you need to cancel/ reschedule your appointment, you must call the office within 24 hours to avoid being charged for the session. If you are a no-show for your appointment, your credit card will be charged for the FULL amount of the session. If you have already purchased a package, 1 session will be deducted from your package.
