Policies

We require a credit card deposit to hold all appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid your credit card being charged. Leaving a voicemail is a valid cancellation. In the event of a no-show or less than 24 hours notice, the credit card will be charged the full visit fee or a session deducted from an existing program/ package.

Your session will start on time and end on time. If you arrive late, we will still need to end your session at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client. Any and all information shared during an appointment is confidential and all therapists agree to protect the client's confidential information.

Radiance Health Solutions makes no medical or health claims that any therapy, service, or product offered is a cure for any disease, ailment, or health condition. We encourage each client to accept responsibility for their own health and actions, knowing only they can heal themselves. The practitioner is not a doctor or a licensed psychotherapist. Any therapies, conversations, or sessions used to support a client's health is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual disorders.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent our electronic mailing list to anyone at any time for any reason, nor do we send unsolicited email. You may remove yourself from the list anytime you choose.
